Bespoke and Batch Production Runs…
All assembly is completed in house in the London workshop to ensure quality. Working with an extensive network of factories to deliver the highest quality materials and components from glassworks to textiles. projects.
Larger Production projects over 500 units are manufactured in a separate production facility using a third party Q.C team to ensure quality. This includes specific tests such as Ingress Protection and a Pre-Shipment Inspection.
Bespoke orders are typically assembled in my London workshop.

Design and research stage culminating in a design proposal. This typically includes a 3D CAD model and visualisations
3. SAMPLING & PROTOTYPING
Samples of bespoke and existing finishes are provided for sign off. Prototypes and mock-ups are produced prior to pre-production sign off.
4.Delivery
Full oversite of the production process. Typical production schedule between 2- 6 Months.

Historically working as a Product Designer supplying large production runs of consumer goods and electronics, I have now transitioned to in-house production of high-end, bespoke FF&E.
